About Us

Partnering together since 2011, Nathan Day and Tanner Luster have overseen more than $100M and 500,000 sq. ft. of residential development. With a focus on community-wide projects, Day & Luster manage all aspects of the development process including: land acquisition, securing financing and entitlements, horizontal build-outs, and vertical timelines.
